All shipments are made through Canada Post. Do not request a different service or request that we ship under your account with another service. We accept returns only on items that are DOA. All items must be tested by the buyer immediately after reception. All DOAs must be reported to us withing 7 days of reception. Any returns for anything other than DOAs will be deducted the shipping fee as well as a 5% restocking fee.
